These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mpored ("mpored", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the mpored website located at https://mpored.click and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support channels made available through the Platform.

By registering an account on mpored, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to the mpored Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mpored strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered Users. This requirement applies without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or proxy of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not hold any existing Account on the mpored Platform, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by self-exclusion request or by administrative action taken by mpored.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of mpored or any affiliated entity.
• The funds you use for deposits are lawfully obtained and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the Services on mpored, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account remains accurate and up to date.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on the mpored Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. mpored employs technical and manual procedures to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended.
• Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• The matter may be referred for further investigation, which may include permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. mpored will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

mpored operates a full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, Users may be required to submit identity documentation including but not limited to a copy of their Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport, and a recent proof of address. Verification documents must be clear, valid, and unaltered. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period may have withdrawal requests deferred or declined.

5.1 Deposits

mpored accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supported banks: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), direct bank transfer, BTC, and USDT. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. mpored reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timelines, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawing winnings derived from bonus play.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• mpored reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above defined thresholds as part of ongoing anti-money-laundering compliance.

mpored offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

6.1 — General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible Users once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except as provided by the applicable wagering requirement.
• Only one promotion may be active on a User's Account at any given time, unless the Platform explicitly permits the stacking of specific offers.
• mpored reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will not be retrospectively altered.
• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money balance. Wins generated from Bonus Funds are credited as Bonus Funds until the applicable wagering requirement is met.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the minimum total wager volume a User must accumulate before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total wager of RM2,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

6.3 — Bonus Abuse

mpored operates active monitoring for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering across low-house-edge games with the sole intent of satisfying wagering requirements; the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and collusion between Users to artificially meet promotional conditions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonuses and associated winnings voided without notice.

All wagers placed on the mpored Platform are subject to the following rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the Platform:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. mpored shall not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of manifest Platform error.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, mpored reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' accounts.
• All sports betting markets are subject to official result confirmation. Bets shall be settled in accordance with the results as determined by the relevant governing body of the applicable sport.
• mpored reserves the right to impose maximum wager limits, maximum payout limits, or market suspension at any time and without prior notice, particularly in response to unusual betting patterns or liquidity conditions.
• Winnings resulting from games with demonstrably misconfigured RTP parameters due to technical fault may be subject to review and adjustment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpored Platform. Engagement in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform (see Section 4.2).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit.
• Placing bets with the intent of circumventing or artificially meeting bonus wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Users.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Users.

All content on the mpored Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of mpored or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform except as expressly permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

The "mpored" name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary marks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpored, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to technical faults, subject to the Company's reasonable remediation procedures.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including DuitNow, FPX operators, or e-wallet service providers.

mpored reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious financial transactions.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a minor or by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate Account action.

In cases of suspension or closure resulting from a User's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct and the balance is confirmed to be legitimately owned by the User, mpored will return the verified real-money balance after deducting any applicable bonus amounts or disputed transactions.

mpored is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment for all Users. The Platform incorporates the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may define a maximum net loss per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum duration for individual playing sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request indefinite or timed self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the mpored Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on mpored, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mpored collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Users retain the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of their personal data, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

mpored reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered Users will be notified via the email address registered to their Account and/or via an in-Platform notification at the time of their next login.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpored holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a User and mpored, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through informal means within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under mpored's applicable regulatory framework.

mpored's decisions regarding game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, and withdrawal approvals are final in the first instance, subject to the formal dispute process described above.
